Chao Yang is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Land Surveying and Geospatial Science (LSGS) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He earned his Ph.D. and Master's degrees from Wuhan University and his Bachelor's degree from the China University of Mining and Technology. His research interests focus on precise orbit determination for GNSS/LEO satellites and the estimation of global geodetic parameters derived from GNSS, ISL, and SLR solutions.
